Millennium Merlin & Millennium Excalibur Users

Our Millennium Merlin and Excalibur user training courses are one day courses held at our head offices in Orpington Kent.

During the course of the day attendees will not only:

  • Learn how to halve analysis time.

  • Learn how to make methods more robust; cope with the most difficult samples every time.

  • Learn how to reduce downtime by solving 90% of problems within 10 minutes.

  • Learn how to maximise the software's potential (i.e.make it do all the hard work!).

  • Get to know the systems intimately.

But will also

Gain practical experience in:

Optimising systems for specific applications.

Getting the best performance through effective service and maintenance.

Trouble shooting.

Learning to use the techniques applied by other professionals in similar applications.

At the end of the course our attendees:

Feel confident with getting the most out of their system.

Have basic fact finding and general maintenance.

This course is a great way to provide a firm foundation for ensuring your PSA equipment is used to its full potential.

Our Sir Galahad training course is run over 2 days with the majority of the time spent in the lab working with the instruments, our chemists and technical experts.
